Hallmark chosen Superintendent of the Year by peers

Luther Hallmark today was been selected Superintendent of the Year for District 2.

Hallmark, superintendent of Marengo County schools, was voted the honor by his colleagues. He is the longest serving superintendent in the state.

Hallmark is one of eight finalists for the Alabama Superintendent of the Year.
