Local students create Valentine’s cards for Southern Oaks residents

Children’s Librarian Kelley Tarpley partnered with teachers and students at Westside Elementary and DHS Librarian Cynthia Whitlock to create Valentine’s Day cards to send to Southern Oaks Assisted Living and Woodhaven Manor.
