Demopolis High career tech celebrates student success

Every year, career technical programs showcase their accomplishments during February, Career Technical Education month. Demopolis High recognized a number of students who have passed Microsoft Office Specialist credentials in Word, Word Expert, and/or PowerPoint. These students successfully passed a test (or tests) that is industry recognized and prepares them to be college and career ready.  Students will also have the opportunity to credential in Excel and Access before the end of the school year.

In addition to Microsoft Office, DHS also offers the following credentials to their students: CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant, Basic Life Support – Instructor-Led Training, and NIMS – National Institute for Metalworking Skills.
