Alabama A&M presents more than $300,000 to Demopolis seniors
Alabama A&M Office of Admissions recently presented scholarships to seniors at Demopolis High School. A special thanks to Dwayne Green, Cary Watkins, Gerald Williams and Demond Lester for all that you did to
make the presentations a success.
Thank you Mr. Blaine Hathcock, principal and Traci Philen Pearson, counselor at Demopolis High School. Alabama A&M presented scholarships totaling $323,752.
The following students were awarded the Heritage Bronze Scholarships ($6,000.00) Chris Williams and Jamia Washington.
Heritage Silver($14,000.00), Jamirea Gator, Alexus Keller, Aireka Riggs and Jayjuan Wallace.
Heritage Gold($20,000,00), Jalyn Branch, Melvin Childers, Kemani Iwu, Xavier Jackson, Stefan McCall, Treyveion McKinley, Ashley Moore, Charise Smith, Jamaal Thurmond and Tyler Ward.
Merit Scholarship ($32,880.00), Tijaynna Kelly
Presidential Scholarship ($82,872.00), Lula Boone.
