2020 DHS Baseball Camp totals 93 participants

The Demopolis High School baseball team hosted their 2020 baseball camp on Feb. 1 at the DHS baseball field. This year’s camp counted a total of 93 participants. The 5-8 year old camp had 56 participants and the 9-12 year old camp had 37 participants.

DHS head baseball coach James Moody expressed his thanks to all the campers and their parents for making this year’s camp a huge success. Coach Moody also expressed thanks for assistant coaches Trey Smith, Mike Randall and Kole Thrasher, as well as the DHS baseball players and parents for their assistance in making the camp run smoothly.

The Tiger baseball teams will kick off the 2020 season on Friday, Feb. 14 when they travel to Buhl to take on Sipsey Valley. The first varsity home game of the season will be Tuesday, Feb. 18 when the Tigers host the Hale County Wildcats.
