UWA announces 2016-17 cheer team
LIVINGSTON, Ala.— The University of West Alabama has announced the 2016-2017 cheerleading team, a talented slate of women who will make their sideline debut with the Tiger football team on Sept. 17 against Mississippi College.
The squad received 2nd Place at UCA Cheerleading Camp this summer in Cheer, Chant, and Fightsong. The team also earned 2nd place overall in their division, the UCA Collegiate Image Award, and the UCA Game Plan Award. LUie received a Most Improved Program Award.
