UPDATED: Softball tryouts set

Tryouts are set for March for the West Alabama Royal Aces Travel Softball Teams.

Girls ages 9-14 are eligible to try for a position on one the teams, said Coach Veronica Hill. Tryouts will be held at the Sportsplex, weather permitting. Age brackets are 10 and under, 12 and under and 14 and under.

Pitchers and catchers are to report Saturday, March 7 at 2 p.m. Catchers are asked to bring their own equipment. Those girls trying for other positions on the team will meet at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 21.
