Rotary honors first responders, city, Rotarian of the Year

Demopolis Rotarians held their annual Spouses Night Wednesday and, after a steak dinner, music and fellowship, recognized those who had helped the city get through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Honored were the Demopolis Fire and Rescue Department, the Demopolis Police Department and the City of Demopolis.

In addition, the club named Katie Windham as its Rotarian of the Year for her work in spearheading grants to benefit residents of the city.
