LHS students visit U.S.S. Alabama

Linden High School freshmen recently took a field trip with LHS history teachers Hank Hurley and Andro Williams to the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park in Mobile. History came alive for the group as

they walked the decks of the mighty battleship, toured a World War II submarine, viewed the cockpits of combat aircraft, and “flew” a mission in a flight simulator.
