Jones Colgrove is the Winner!!!!!

Jones Colgrove was the youngest finalist in the 10-year history of the Senior Bowl Superstar competition. Now he’s also the youngest winner. Colgrove was selected as the 2013 Senior Bowl Superstar in an online voting contest. Jones is the nine year old son of Edmund and Candace Colgrove. He is a third grader at U.S. Jones and plays the piano and takes voice from Clements Talent Coaching.

He will be singing The Star Spangled Banner at the 2013 Senior Bowl in Mobile on January the 26th. Colgrove has also won $1,000 courtesy of Iberiabank.

Jones and his family are very excited and would like to thank you all for voting and helping him get this opportunity to sing.

* Update * No word on the exact numbers yet, but Senior Bowl Superstar sources say that Jones had 65% of the votes by 10 pm last night.
