Greensboro woman killed in Greene County crash

TUSCALOOSA POST – A two-vehicle crash at 12:50 a.m. Sunday, May 20, claimed the life of a Greensboro woman and injured another. Isabella White Ryans, 57, was seriously injured when the 2007 Honda Accord she was driving collided with a 2013 Acura driven by Alyssa Edwards, 20, of Demopolis. Ryans and Edwards were both transported to Greene County Hospital, where Ryans died a short time later. The crash occurred on US-11 near the 49 mile marker, five miles north of Eutaw. Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
