The Demopolis Police Department has released the arrest and incident reports from Sept. 1-25

Arrests

  • Sept. 11: James T. Branch, 31, domestic violence III, attempted to elude a police officer, possession of methamphetamine, contempt of court.
  • Sept. 12: Patrick D. Armstead, 31, possession of cocaine, criminal mischief.
  • Sept. 18: Mark K. Gamble, 36, aggravated assault of police officer, possession of a pistol by a violent felon, discharge of a firearm into an occupied dwelling or vehicle, possession of marijuana I.
  • Sept. 20: Joshua R. Shelby, 32, theft of property IV.
  • Sept. 20: Jessica M. Etheredge, 26, unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle.
