DPD accepting Citizens Police Academy applications

The Demopolis Police Department is accepting applications for the upcoming session of Citizens Police Academy 2014-1, which is scheduled to begin on Feb. 25.

Those interested in being a part of the academy are encouraged to visit the Demopolis Police Department website at www.demopd.org, to obtain an application or stop by the Police Headquarters or the Police Substation at Vowell’s Market Place on Highway 80. All applications must be turned in by Feb. 14.
