Demopolis High holds Signing Day event

Demopolis High School held a National Signing Day event Wednesday to recognize three athletes heading to the next level. Versatile football standout Logan McVay signed a letter of intent to play for Jacksonville State where he will be a preferred walk-on. Offensive lineman William Douglas signed a letter of intent to play football and compete in track and field for Millsaps College.

Also honored on the day was senior softball catcher Abbey Latham, who signed to play with Ole Miss.
