The performance came a week after Aldridge had 17 carries for 173 yards and four touchdowns against Flomaton.

Aldridge’s performance against Washington County made him the first back-to-back winner of the ESPN 104.9 Coaches Show Player of the Week Award.

It also has landed Aldridge in an al.com poll to be named the Mobile area Player of the Week. Voting in the poll expires at noon Wednesday.
