All schools in county releasing early Thursday

Due to the threat of severe weather, Demopolis City Schools, Linden City Schools and Marengo County Schools will dismiss at 11 a.m. today.

Marengo Academy will dismiss at 11:05 a.m. in an effort to circumvent the storm threat.

A line of storms capable of producing large hail, strong winds and other severe weather activity is expected to move through the area in the early afternoon hours.
