UWA, Demopolis to hold Applied Manufacturing Technology workshop

LIVINGSTON — The University of West Alabama’s Division of Outreach Services and the Division of Computer Information Services/Technology will host an Applied Manufacturing Technology Training Program workshop Thursday, Oct. 24, at the Demopolis Higher Education Center at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.

The workshop provides information and resources on UWA’s Industrial Maintenance, Welding and Automotive Training Program.

The Applied Manufacturing Technology Training Program is a comprehensive program including assessments, career paths, individualized basic education programs, manufacturing technology training, experiential learning experiences, support services, and job placement.
