Funeral services for Mr. Sam Simmons were held Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. from Small Memorial AME Zion Church, Jefferson, AL;  Rev. Ed Seabron, Pastor. Rev. Patrick Arrington officiated.  Interment followed in Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Hwy 43, Demopolis, AL. Larkin and Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis, Alabama entrusted with all arrangements.
