Marengo Academy Junior High Math Team wins district

The Marengo Academy Junior High School Math Team won the District Math Contest held at UWA on Feb. 21. They will compete in the state competition on March 1st at AUM in Montgomery. Hannah Freeman and Robert Gibbs tied for high scorer with 47 of 50 answers correct.

Hannah won the tie breaker, giving Robert 2nd place. Landon Houlditch also tied for 3rd place with 44 of 50.
