James Fred Mayton, Jr., age 89, of Demopolis, died December 3, 2013, at Woodhaven Nursing Home. Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 5, 2013, at Jefferson Cemetery with Rev. Richard Scott officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel directing.
