Etheridge headed to Boys State

​American Legion Post 41 Commander, Tom Boggs, presents check to Demopolis High School junior Logan Etheridge, who was selected to attend Boys State in Tuscaloosa.  Boys State sponsorship has been one of the Legion programs for many years.  Attendance at the week-long annual gathering of young men from all over the state is a highlight event for High School Juniors.  The experience gained and the friends made often last for a lifetime.
