Wilkinson wins D.A.R.E. essay contest

Congratulations to Amber Wilkinson who won first place in the D.A.R.E. essay contest.

The D.A.R.E. Program was for students in the 7th, 8th and 9th grades from three Linden area schools. The students were asked to write an essay on what they learned from the D.A.R.E. program.

Out of 127 entries, Amber won the top honor. Amber is a freshman at Marengo Academy. A special “Thank You” to Officer Myles for her time and devotion to this program.
