Sweet Water robotics team celebrates strong year

Sweet Water High School Robotics also known as SWAT (Sweet Water Advanced Technology) had great success this year! After placing 2nd in the robot competition for the last 4 fours, SWAT was able to win the championship at Jubilee BEST in Mobile, Alabama.  The team was able to advance to Southeast Regionals in Auburn, Alabama  where the robot team qualified for the semi-finals and finished 7th in the Southeast region out of 63 schools from the southeast coast of the U.S. to Louisiana. Advisors are Kevin Byrd and Brandon Reburn. President of the SWAT this past year was Sr. Kelley Byrd and Vice-President was
Junior Grace Lewis.
