The threat of rain did not keep a large crowd from gathering at the Demopolis Middle School Field Tuesday for National Night Out, sponsored by the Demopolis Police Department. Children and adults alike enjoyed a host of events and plenty of free food. The event is designed to better acquaint area citizens with law enforcement and other public service agencies.
