Demopolis Police Department Chief Tommie Reese, the Alabama Association of Chiefs of Police Vice President, and Past President, Chief Nate Rutledge of the Bessemer PD, are pictured here with IACP 2014 Officer of the Year James Cunningham of the San Francisco Police Department.   Officer Cunningham received the Officer of The Year Award at The International Association of Chiefs of Police Conference in Orlando, Fla. Cunningham was recognized for helping to pull 307 passengers from the wreckage Asiana flight 214 in July 2013. Of those passengers, 304 survived.
