Collins Communications and Radio Shack got together and presented the 2014 COTR Special Child Jacob Saelens some early Christmas presents for him and his brothers and sisters.
Shown in this picture are Jacob and his mother along with Collins and Radio Shack employees.  Also pictured are COTR Chairman Diane Brooker and Demopolis Chamber Director Michael Kennedy.
