Demopolis Police Youth Leadership Academy students got to see Air Evac’s helicopter up close and personal on the third day of the academy this past week. Air Evac pilot and crew gave the youth a big treat when the helicopter landed right before lunch at DPD Headquarters Wednesday.  The youth were able to look and sit inside the helicopter while talking to the crew about what Air Evac is all about. The pilot talked to the youth about working in the medical field and maybe even becoming a pilot in the future.
