Jennifer Belcher, left, and Carolyn Cowling were welcomed as new members of the Demopolis Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.  On May 18, members of the DAR met at Trustmark National Bank for their annual Pie Party. After the rituals, Pledge of Allegiance, and Star-Spangled Banner, the chaplain, Lynn Brasfield, gave the new members the Oath of Membership in the National Society of DAR and presented each with a gift of a DAR pin.
