MCSO arrests five in drug bust

The MCSO and local law enforcement agencies executed search warrants at homes in Dixon Mills, Ala., on Feb. 3. The operation concluded with the arrest of five Marengo County residents and the seizure of drug paraphernalia, marijuana, prescription pills, a handgun and over $8,000.00 in cash.

Those arrested and their charges are listed below.

Agee.

Kindarryln Agee of Dixon Mills was arrested on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana (First) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Agee’s bond was set at $10,500.

Dixon.

Kevin Tyrone Dixon of Dixon Mills was arrested on charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance. Dixon’s bond was set at $10,500.

Moore.

Felicity Simone Moore of Dixon Mills was arrested on charges of Possession of Marijuana (Second), Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Moore’s bond was set at $2,000.

Smith.

Deshon Martez Smith of Dixon Mills was arrested on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Smith’s bond was set at $5,500.

Stubbs.

Lois Stubbs of Dixon Mills was arrested on charges of Possession of Marijuana (First) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Stubbs’ bond was set at $3,000.
