Herbert Elmer Cannon, Jr. age 84 of Linden, AL., died August 15, 2015 at his home. He was born July 7, 1931 in Linden, AL. He was a retired pastor after serving over forty years. He was a member of Fairhaven Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Doris Elaine Riley Cannon of Linden, AL; three sons, Kerry Len Cannon of Thomasville, AL; Kavin Ray Cannon of Gastonia, NC; and Kyle Jason Cannon of Venice, FL; 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert Cannon Sr. and Daisy Bell Gwinn Cannon, and his son, Kim Elbert Cannon

Visitation will be held at Bethlehem Baptist Church on Monday, August 17, 2015 from 1:00 pm until the 2:00 pm service time. Burial will be in the Thomaston Cemetery in Thomaston, AL
