Four arrested; drugs, vehicles confiscated

On July 6, 2015, the Demopolis Police Department served a search warrant at 1227 Roman Dr., Demopolis, Ala. During the execution of the warrant, officers located a large amount of marijuana, cocaine and drug paraphernalia and seized four vehicles. Demetrius Rashad Daniels, 24, of Demopolis, Ala., was arrested for trafficking marijuana, trafficking cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Angie Dianice Daniels, 45, of Demopolis, Ala., was arrested for trafficking marijuana, trafficking cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Justin Keshawn Daniels, 26, of Demopolis, Ala., was arrested for possession of marijuana, first degree. Eric Jermaine Hill, 23, of Demopolis, Ala., was arrested for possession of marijuana, first degree.

All of the suspects were processed and transported to the Marengo County Detention Center to await a bond hearing. Chief Tommie Reese said that drug investigations continue and more arrests are possible.
