Former UWA coach Hall takes Division I OC gig

Will Hall departed Nov. 22, 2013 for West Georgia after three seasons at UWA. Wednesday, Hall left UWG for Louisiana-Lafayette to become the new offensive coordinator for the Ragin’ Cajuns.

Former University of West Alabama head coach Will Hall is joining the Division I ranks as an assistant. Hall, who went 25-11 in three seasons with UWA from 2011-13, accepted the offensive coordinator job with Louisiana-Lafayette of the Sun Belt Conference.

In heading for La-Lafayette, Hall leaves another Gulf South Conference school in West Georgia where he went 31-9 in three seasons with the Wolves.

The move to the Ragin’ Cajuns reunites Hall with ULL head coach Mark Hudspeth, who coached the Harlon Hill Trophy winner in 2003 at the University of North Alabama.
