DPD searching for missing elderly man

The Demopolis Police Department is seeking assistance in locating 85-year-old Joe Lashley, who was last seen Monday at approximately 5 p.m. Ashley reportedly stated his truck was stuck on his property and that he was walking home. All attempts to reach Lashley have since gone directly to his voice mail and those searching for him have been unable to find him.

Lashley was last seen in his white 1997 Ford F-250 super cab with an Alabama license plate of 48AH955. Authorities believes Lashley may be confused about his location and could be in need of assistance.

DPD encourages the public to be on the lookout for Lashley and notify the Demopolis Police Department at 334-289-3073 with any details.
