DPD announces Citizens Police Academy graduation

The Demopolis Police Department announces the graduation exercise of the Citizens Police Academy Class 2015-1.

The graduation will be held on May 31 at 3 p.m. at the Demopolis Police & Municipal Complex located at 301 East Washington Street Demopolis, Alabama 36732.

This will be the 10th class of citizens who have completed the nine-week program since its beginning in 2010. The Citizens Police Academy Program is geared towards making citizens more aware of what really goes on “Behind the Badge”.

The graduation is open to the public.
