DHS cross country places third in Montgomery meet

Demopolis High School’s cross country team, in its first year of competition, placed third overall at the Montgomery Academy meet Saturday. DHS coach Deborah Boykin called it an “awesome” day for the team. Among those who placed for DHS were Gracie Boykin, 4th, Audrey Boykin, 9th, and Jacob Boland, 13th in the JV race. The meet included many personal bests for Demopolis High runners.
