Demopolis library to offer computer classes

The Demopolis Public Library will offer basic computer classes for adults starting on Tuesday, May 13 at 5:30 p.m. at the library.

A non-refundable registration fee of $5 is required for each class. Participants must have a Demopolis Public Library card to participate in the class. Classes will last one hour and be taught by library director Morgan Allen.

“Computer skills are vital in today’s world and I feel there is a need for these skills in our community,” says Morgan Allen. “Computer classes are one way the library can meet the needs of the community. Our computer classes will provide hands-on training to adults. We’ll make you more confident when using computers in the library, at work, at home or when looking for a job.”

For more information or to register for the class, visit the Demopolis Public Library or call 334-289-1595.
