Webber Gerald and Hutson Breckinridge were chosen by Marengo Academy’s faculty to be Alabama Girls and Boys State representatives for 2017.  The program, sponsored by the American Legion Auxiliary and the American Legion, strives to guide young women and men to become “patriotic, knowledgeable stewards of freedom and democracy.” Webber is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Gerald of Thomasville and Hutson is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Dennis Breckenridge.
