Bell makes North-South game
Demopolis defensive lineman and Miles College signee Kessy Bell will represent the Tigers in the 17th annual AHSAA North-South All-Star game this summer. The AHSAA announced rosters for the July 18 contest Wednesday.
Bell, who will be one of 74 players participating in the game, shifted from defensive end to defensive tackle for the 2012 season and totaled 55 tackles and three sacks while forcing two fumbles and intercepting a pass.
Bell is one of six players on the South squad from Class 5A, Region 3. The South team will be comprised of:
