Alpha Lewis Linn

Alpha Young Lewis Linn age 85 of Ft. Walton Beach, FL died May 23, 2015 at Ft. Walton Beach Rehabilitaion Center. She was born October 5, 1929 in Marengo Co., AL. She was a retired elementary school music teacher. She is survived by four sons, Robert L. Linn of Greenville, SC; Ivan Y. Linn, John R. Linn, and Daniel R. Linn of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; brother, Martin K. Lewis of Huntsville, AL; sister, Abbie L. Weatherford of Birmingham, AL; 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Paynes Chapel United Methodist Church on Monday, June 1, 2015 from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am service time with Dr. Bill Tyson officiating. Burial will be in the Paynes Chapel Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Paynes Chapel Cemetery Fund. Arrangements by O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home in Thomasville, AL.
