Accident leaves one injured

An accident on Old Springhill Road just before midnight Friday left one injured. Details are not yet available regarding the condition of the injured party or the cause of the accident.

Demopolis Police Department, Demopolis Fire and Rescue Department, AmStar add the Air Evac Life Team responded to the call. Air Evac took the injured party to Druid City Hospital in Tuscaloosa via helicopter. Further details will appear at WestAlabamaWatchman.com as they become available.
